Erica is an author/illustrator and RISD graduate specializing in stories and art about animals and the natural world. Additionally, she loves painting birds, still lifes, and landscapes.
Erica has written and illustrated two picture books, both published by Henry Holt. She is also a professional proofreader for all media.
She lives in Bucks County, PA with her husband, three children, and a super-loving rescue dog who is scared of everything. When not writing, painting, reading, or shuttling her kids around, Erica enjoys the outdoors, hiking, birdwatching, traveling, gardening, baking, and eating anything made of chocolate, or bread, or (ideally) bread and chocolate together.
